Easy Cajun Shrimp Recipe:


  • 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. In a bowl, combine the Cajun seasoning, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a flavorful marinade.

  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss until they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

  3. Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.

  4. Place the marinated shrimp onto the hot skillet or grill pan, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
