    Why is there a refundable credit card hold for $20?

    Seafood sold by weight may cost slightly more or less than the estimated price. An extra $20 is collected when you place your order to cover this difference.

    Once your order is weighed and assembled, we refund any excess and email you the final total. You pay only for the seafood you receive, plus delivery.

    Can I request an item that isn't listed online?


    Add your request to the order notes on the cart page. Our team will check availability and contact you about adding it to your order.

    When will I receive my order?


    Your order will arrive during the delivery window you select at checkout. Please have someone available throughout that window to receive your seafood and refrigerate or freeze it promptly.
