Steelhead Trout are Rainbow Trout grown in salt water. These Trout's grow at a faster pace and can reach 3 to 6 kgs in size compared the 1 to 2 kgs fresh-water trout we see from Ontario Rainbow Trout producers. We source our fresh Steelhead Trout from the pristine fjords of Norway and the northern shores of Scotland.
