Branzino has a mild, delicate white flesh, and its versatile form and size allows for the Branzino to be stuffed with your favourite dressing to bake and served whole or butterflied and filleted with a few easy cuts for pan searing, baking, or grilling. Our Branzino will arrive to you scaled and gutted. Please specify if you would like it filleted or butterflied instead. Approximately 1lb-1.5lb each.
